North City is your Insurance Broker and legally defined as your representative. We will normally receive a call from you to report the claim. Our practice then is to counsel you on the claims process, explain what impact the claim will have on your policy and future renewals, if any, and advise you of what to expect as the claim proceeds.
If your decision is to proceed with the claim, we will bring an adjuster on the line to move the claim onwards from there. Our staff will stay on the line until you are satisfied the process is properly underway.

The Adjuster is the representative of the insurer and their role is to examine the circumstances of the claim and make things happen to resolve the claim as soon as possible, hopefully to your satisfaction.
